Strawberry jelly, as a delicious dessert and an addition to homemade cakes, is loved by many, and especially by children. You can prepare it in different ways. Strawberries contain very little natural pectin, so pureed berry jelly is prepared with a lot of sugar. In this recipe, you are invited to prepare jelly in a slightly different way.

Rinse freshly picked strawberries under running water and remove the sepals. Then dry the berries on a kitchen towel. Transfer them to a separate bowl, add sugar in the amount indicated in the recipe and leave for 10-12 hours, or overnight, so that the strawberries give enough juice.
