Strawberry jelly with agar-agar for the winter

Serving this jelly for breakfast with toasts, pancakes, pancakes is an ideal solution for a good start to the day. It is very thick, keeps its shape perfectly, and the strawberry aroma remains almost intact, since we do not use long-term cooking. Children like this jelly very much - a natural delicacy can be safely given to little sweet teeth.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 7
We sort out the strawberries, remove the defective specimens. Wash the prepared berries thoroughly in running water, cut off the sepals. Let the washed berries dry a little by placing them on a clean, dry towel.
step 2 out of 7
Place the dried strawberries in a deep saucepan for cooking jam and grind the berries with an immersion blender until smooth.
step 3 out of 7
Pour granulated sugar into the resulting puree, mix. We put on the stove and bring mashed potatoes with sugar to a boil. Cook with stirring for five to seven minutes.
step 4 out of 7
Thoroughly mix agar-agar in a separate small container with water at room temperature.
step 5 out of 7
Pour the resulting mixture into boiling jelly, stir and continue cooking for another three minutes.
step 6 out of 7
Wash jars and lids and sterilize in any usual way. Let the container dry completely. Pour ready-made hot jelly into prepared jars, tighten with dry lids. We put the cooled cans with the blank in a cool dark place for storage.
step 7 out of 7
While the jelly is hot, it looks rather liquid. After cooling, the jelly thickens well and takes on its final appearance.
Bon Appetit!
