Raspberry jelly five minutes

I want to share another recipe for an excellent and rich in taste raspberry jelly. How nice it is to spread this fragrant delicacy on a fresh bun and wash it down with warm milk or hot fragrant tea with mint and lemon balm.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 6
Prepare all the ingredients you need to make your raspberry jelly. Sort the raspberries carefully. If necessary, put the raspberries in a sieve, rinse gently and let the excess liquid drain.
step 2 out of 6
Pass the prepared berries through a juicer. You can, of course, grind the berries with a food processor or blender, but then you have to rub the berry mass through a sieve to get rid of the seeds. This process is quite tedious. Pour the resulting raspberry juice into a container with a thick bottom, in which you will cook aromatic jelly.
step 3 out of 6
Add the required amount of granulated sugar. Stir well, cover the container with a clean kitchen towel and let sit for about 40-60 minutes. During this time, granulated sugar will practically dissolve. Place the container with raspberries over low heat, bring to a boil, stirring occasionally and skimming off the resulting foam. Boil the jelly for 5 minutes.
step 4 out of 6
Remove container from heat and cool completely for 1.5-2 hours. Then put the container with the contents on low heat, bring to a boil, stirring occasionally and removing the resulting foam, cook for 5 minutes, and then remove from heat and cool completely for 1.5-2 hours.
step 5 out of 6
Wash the jars and sterilize them in the microwave or oven. Pour boiling water over the lids or boil in a saucepan. Place the container with raspberries over low heat, bring to a boil, cook for 5 minutes and remove from heat.
step 6 out of 6
Pour hot raspberry jelly over sterile jars with a ladle, screw with sterile lids, turn upside down and wrap with a warm blanket. Leave to cool completely and transfer them to a dark place for storage. The cooled jelly will thicken well.

Enjoy!
