First, soak the gelatin in cold water according to the instructions on the package. Gently sort through the raspberries, removing any sepals. Then pour it into the cooking utensil.
step 2 out of 5
Pour 2.5 liters of clean water to the raspberries and boil the berries over low heat for 15 minutes. During this time, the raspberries will cook well, and you can easily separate the seeds.

Place the puree over medium heat, stir to dissolve the sugar completely, and cook for 30 minutes with occasional stirring. During this time, melt the soaked gelatin in a water bath. After 30 minutes, turn off the heat under a saucepan with raspberries, cool it for 5-7 minutes and pour melted gelatin to the raspberries in a thin stream. Mix the jelly with a spoon. Then immediately pour it into sterile jars and seal it tightly with boiled lids.

Put jars of jelly on the lids and cover with a terry towel for a day. Then put the raspberry jelly, and it will still be liquid, store in a cold place. The jelly will only acquire its thick texture after cooling.
Happy and tasty preparations!
