Put plums in a saucepan, fill with water, put on fire and bring to a boil. After that, we boil for another 15 minutes, remembering to stir.

Then add pectin, granulated sugar and lemon juice. We mix everything. We keep on fire for another 15-20 minutes and turn off the gas. The dense foam that forms during the cooking process must be removed. The readiness of the jelly can be checked using a dry and cool spoon: place a drop of jelly on it, if after a while it does not spread, then the jelly is completely ready.
