Fresh raspberry jelly

To make the jelly thick and tasty, choose ripe red berries. The grated berry turns into a homogeneous tender pleasure.

Transfer the freshly picked raspberries to a colander and rinse gently under running water.

Leave in a container to glass water for 5 minutes. If you see garbage, remove it.

Transfer the berries to a saucepan, mash in mashed potatoes and put on high heat. Boil the berries and cook for 15 minutes over medium heat.

Put cheesecloth in a sieve in one layer and lay out the slightly cooled berry, rubbing with a spoon. Roll the cheesecloth into a knot and squeeze out any leftovers. Remove the cake. Process all the berry puree.
