Cherry jelly in its own juice

Cherry jelly is a very light, healthy and delicious dessert. It is prepared as easy as shelling pears. Cherry jelly can be poured into bowls, glasses, bowls or silicone molds.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 6
Pour hot water over gelatin, leave for 20-30 minutes.
step 2 out of 6
Pour cherry juice into a saucepan and put it on a low heat, heat it up.
step 3 out of 6
Grind the cherries with a blender, then rub them through a sieve to get rid of the remnants of the skins.
step 4 out of 6
Add cherry puree and swollen gelatin to a saucepan of heated cherry juice. Stirring constantly, warm the mixture well, but do not bring to a boil.
step 5 out of 6
Pour 2/3 of the cherry gelatin mass into molds, cool them and refrigerate. Cool 1/3 part and beat at the highest speed, you get an airy gelatinous foam. Pour the foam over the already slightly frozen jelly and place the molds back in the refrigerator.
step 6 out of 6
The jelly will harden in a few hours, decorate the finished dessert with fruits and start tasting.

Bon Appetit!
