Frozen cherry jelly

Fruit-based jelly is a natural and healthy dessert loved by adults and children. With frozen cherries in the fridge, you can easily make delicious fruit jelly at home.

Dissolve gelatin in water, you can proceed according to the instructions on the package. After 30-40 minutes, heat the gelatin diluted in water in the microwave or over low heat, stir well to completely dissolve the gelatin.

Pour 500 milliliters of water into a saucepan, dip the cherries into the water, it is not necessary to completely defrost it. Add cinnamon, 60 grams of sugar, if desired, the amount of sugar can be reduced.

Put the saucepan on the fire, bring its contents to a boil. Then turn off the stove and let the cherry syrup brew for 15-20 minutes.
