Yellow tomatoes in tomato juice

I propose to cook the most delicious tomatoes in tomato juice. I often cook both red and yellow tomatoes this way. Sometimes I even mix it up. This time I had both yellow and red tomatoes, so I got three liter jars of yellow tomatoes and one jar of red ones.

Prepare the ingredients for your tomato snack. Select tomatoes small and strong, rinse thoroughly under cold running water, dry. Prepare jars, wash thoroughly and sterilize in a microwave or water bath. Put the lids in a saucepan, cover with water and boil for about 10 minutes.

Place cloves, black and allspice peas on the bottom of sterile jars. Fill the jars with tomatoes. Pour tomato juice into a saucepan, add granulated sugar and salt, mix. Place on medium heat. Bring to a boil and then immediately remove from heat.

Fill the tomato jars completely with the cooked boiling tomato juice filling.

Cover the jars with sterile lids. Then transfer them to a pot lined with a kitchen towel, pour warm water over the hangers of the jars. Put the saucepan over medium heat and bring to a boil, reduce heat and sterilize for 15-20 minutes.

Gently remove hot cans with tomato appetizers from the pan, roll up with a seamer or tighten the lids. Turn the jars upside down, wrap them in a warm blanket and leave them in this form until they cool completely for about a day. Then turn over and move the jars to a cool, dark place for storage.
