Kefir liquid dough for pizza in the oven

Liquid, or otherwise jellied, pizza dough, kneaded with kefir, turns out after baking to be tender and rather dense. It withstands any filling well and pizza can be eaten by hand, but it is better to choose a drier filling for such a pizza.

Pour kefir at room temperature or slightly warmed into a bowl for kneading dough.

Pour the required amount of salt and sugar to the kefir, break the egg, pour in the vegetable oil and stir with a spoon or whisk until smooth.

Pour flour little by little to the liquid base and immediately stir the dough until smooth. The consistency of the dough should be like thick sour cream. Flour is different for everyone, so determine its amount yourself.

Cover the baking tray with special paper. It is not necessary to lubricate it with oil. Then spread the kneaded dough evenly over the baking sheet, only so that the paper does not show through the dough layer.
