Julienne without oven

Julienne is always a winning dish because the combination of ingredients is perfect. The peculiarity of this recipe is that the components for the julienne will be fried separately, thereby allowing the chicken fillet to brown and the moisture to evaporate from the mushrooms. It is very easy to prepare this dish without using the oven!

We wash the champignons, cut into plates and fry in a pan with vegetable oil.

We also wash the chicken fillet, dry it with a paper towel. Then cut into small pieces and fry separately from the mushrooms.

Peel the onions and chop finely. We send it to fry in a preheated pan with vegetable oil.

Combine all fried ingredients in one pan - onion, chicken fillet and mushrooms. Salt and season with ground pepper.

Let's make the sauce. Fry flour in a separate frying pan, then pour in the cream and add sour cream. We mix. Season with salt and pepper at the very end.

Add the prepared sauce to the pan with the main ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes.

At the very end, rub hard cheese and sprinkle it on the dish. We keep on fire for a couple of minutes. We turn off the gas. Delicious and mouth-watering julienne, cooked without using the oven, ready to eat!
