Such a dish will be appreciated by people who, for various reasons, do not eat meat. Julienne is made from flour, butter and milk sauce. It turns out to be not as greasy as on cream. Fried champignons add flavor to the whole dish.

Wash the mushrooms, put on a paper towel and let dry. Cut them into strips or small cubes.

Peel the onion head, wash and cut into thin half rings.

Grate hard cheese like Parmesan on a coarse grater.

Pour the chopped mushrooms into the pan. Add vegetable oil, fry the mushrooms on it. Add onion, add salt and pepper, add seasonings. Cook until the onions are translucent.

Melt butter, add flour to it and pour in warm milk. Beat the mixture with a mixer or beat with a whisk until completely combined. Pour the resulting sauce into the pan, cook the julienne for 10 minutes. over low heat.
