Julienne from porcini mushrooms

Julienne with mushrooms is served as a main course. It is usually baked in special containers, cocotte makers, which in itself looks unusual, and creamy sauce and porcini mushrooms give a rich aroma to the dish.

Remove the husk from the onion and chop it finely.

Cut the mushrooms into strips or cubes.

Fry the onion in butter, then add mushrooms to it, salt, season and simmer for 25-30 minutes.

For the sauce, melt the butter, add flour to it, stir and lightly fry. Then pour in the cream, stir and heat the mixture until it begins to thicken.

Pour the sauce over the mushrooms and onions, stir and remove from heat.
