Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 4
We thoroughly clean and wash the porcini mushrooms, put them on a kitchen towel and let them dry from the water. Then cut them into small pieces and boil them in boiling salted water with bay leaves for 30-40 minutes. Then we put the mushrooms in a colander and let the water drain.
step 2 out of 4
Peel the onion, rinse it and chop it into thin rings, put it in a preheated pan with olive oil and fry for 2-3 minutes. Then we send mushrooms to the onion, fry everything until golden brown.
step 3 out of 4
Sprinkle mushrooms with onions with flour, add salt and pepper, mix and spread sour cream. Mix the julienne well again and simmer for a few minutes until a thick consistency is formed.
step 4 out of 4
We lay out the hot julienne in the forms, sprinkle with grated cheese and send it to the oven to bake at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes. We take out the finished julienne from the oven, decorate with herbs and serve. Bon Appetit!
