Each of us has tried julienne at least once - a dish that came to us from French cuisine, which is usually a snack made from mushrooms and vegetables. Such a dish can also be prepared at home. Champignon julienne in a pan is a very fragrant and juicy appetizer that will become the highlight of both a festive and family dinner.
