Champignon julienne with sour cream in a pan

You have a festive event planned, you have made a menu and you want to cook mushroom julienne, but you have no shape? Then our recipe will come in handy for you! We suggest preparing julienne from royal mushrooms in a frying pan. You will not spend more than half an hour on its preparation, besides, you will not have to wash a large amount of dishes - we will fry the ingredients and simmer the julienne in a frying pan and, believe me, it will turn out very tasty!

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 4
Peel the onions, rinse and chop into thin half rings. Put in a preheated pan with vegetable oil and fry until golden brown. We wash the mushrooms under cool running water, put them on a kitchen towel and leave for 10-15 minutes so that they dry from the water. Then cut the mushrooms into four parts and put them in a pan with the onions, fry over medium heat until the liquid evaporates completely.
step 2 out of 4
After the onions and mushrooms have sweated, sprinkle them with flour, salt and pepper, add nutmeg. Stir and fry for 2-3 minutes. Then add sour cream to the vegetables, mix and simmer for several minutes over low heat until the sauce thickens.
step 3 out of 4
Add cheese to the julienne, cut into slices or grated on a coarse grater, close the pan with a lid and leave for 5-7 minutes over low heat so that the cheese melts a little.
step 4 out of 4
Remove the pan with the ready-made julienne from the heat, decorate the julienne with basil leaves and serve. Bon Appetit!
