We suggest preparing julienne from royal mushrooms in a frying pan. You will not spend more than half an hour on its preparation, besides, you will not have to wash a large amount of dishes - we will fry the ingredients and simmer the julienne in a frying pan and, believe me, it will turn out very tasty!

Peel the onions, rinse and chop into thin half rings. Put in a preheated pan with vegetable oil and fry until golden brown. We wash the mushrooms under cool running water, put them on a kitchen towel and leave for 10-15 minutes so that they dry from the water. Then cut the mushrooms into four parts and put them in a pan with the onions, fry over medium heat until the liquid evaporates completely.
