Heat the butter in a frying pan and add the chopped mushrooms and onions. Fry for three to four minutes, until a ruddy shade begins to appear. Add processed cheese, grated on a grater, salt, black pepper to taste, chopped olives. Mix all the ingredients and continue cooking at low temperature for ten to fifteen minutes.
Put the cheese and mushroom filling into the tartlets. Put 3-4 tablespoons of sauce in each tartlet on the filling. Rub the hard cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle the tartlets over the sauce. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and put a baking sheet with tartlets in it on a medium level. Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Decorate the finished tartlets with chopped herbs.
