Julienne with potatoes

A simple, but at the same time original appetizer, julienne with potatoes, can be prepared both on weekdays and on holidays. A special cut for julienne makes a restaurant dish from ordinary rustic potatoes with mushrooms.

Wash the potatoes, peel and cut into thin strips. In order to save time, you can grate the potatoes on a coarse grater.
