We have a great idea - julienne with potatoes, chicken and mushrooms, baked in a tender sour cream sauce with herbs under an appetizing brown cheese crust! To prepare all the ingredients, you will need no more than half an hour, and for baking in the oven - 40 minutes and a ready-made delicious lunch on your table! Let's get down to cooking!

Peel the potatoes, rinse them in running water and cut them into thin slices. The thinner the potato slices are, the better the julienne will bake. Sprinkle them with a little salt and pepper and leave to marinate for 5-10 minutes.

We wash the champignons in running water, put them on a kitchen towel and let them dry from the water for 3-5 minutes. Then we chop the mushrooms into slices and put them in a preheated pan with vegetable oil. Fry over medium heat until the liquid evaporates completely.

We wash the chicken fillet, dry it with a paper towel and put it on a cutting board. Cut it into small cubes, put it in a pan with vegetable oil, salt and pepper, simmer under a closed lid for 5-7 minutes. Then add the onion to the pan with chicken fillet, fry over medium heat until transparent, and then put the mushrooms. Stir, simmer for 2-3 minutes. Then sprinkle the ingredients with flour, mix again and add cream and sour cream. Simmer the julienne over low heat for 3-4 minutes to thicken the sauce, and remove from heat.

Cover the baking sheet with baking paper or a silicone mat and put the potatoes on it, evenly distributing them over the width of the entire baking sheet.
