Julienne with shrimps and mushrooms in the oven

Julienne with seafood is one of the many options for making julienne. Delicate in consistency, with the addition of shrimp, garlic and champignons, julienne turns out to be incredibly tasty and aromatic. Julienne is baked in a lot of cream, so it has a creamy taste that perfectly complements the taste of cheese.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 4
Pour water into a saucepan or stewpan, put on fire and bring to a boil. Add bay leaves and toss in the shrimp. Boil until cooked for 5-6 minutes and put in a colander.
step 2 out of 4
After the shrimps have cooled, peel them, put them on a plate and sprinkle with lemon juice.
step 3 out of 4
We wash the champignons in running water, put them on a kitchen towel and let them dry from the water. Then cut the mushrooms into small cubes. Put the cloves of garlic cut into several pieces in a preheated pan with butter, fry them for 2-3 minutes, then take them out of the pan and put the chopped mushrooms in the fragrant butter. Fry until golden brown, then send shrimp, flour, salt and spices to the pan. Mix all ingredients well and simmer over low heat until thick.
step 4 out of 4
Lubricate the cocottes with butter, put julienne in them, sprinkle with finely grated cheese on top and pour cream. We put Julienne to bake in the oven at 180-190 degrees for 20 minutes.
We take out the finished julienne from the oven, put on portioned plates and serve. Bon Appetit!
