Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
Boil the shrimps until tender in salted water with bay leaves and black peppercorns. Then we put it in a colander and let it drain. After the shrimps have cooled, we clean them from the shell.
step 2 out of 5
Pour flour into a dry preheated pan and fry it over low heat until golden brown. Then add a piece of butter to the pan and dissolve it over low heat.
step 3 out of 5
Then pour the cream into the pan in a thin stream in portions, constantly stirring the sauce so that there are no lumps, salt, pepper and remove from heat.
step 4 out of 5
Put the shrimps in baking dishes, pour them with hot sauce and sprinkle with finely grated cheese. We put in the oven to bake at 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes so that the cheese melts and becomes golden brown.
step 5 out of 5
We take out the finished julienne from the oven, decorate with shrimps, herbs and a slice of lemon and serve. Bon Appetit!
