Peel the onion, rinse it and chop it into thin half rings, put it in a preheated pan with vegetable oil and fry for 2-3 minutes.

We wash the chicken fillet in running water, dry it with a paper towel and cut into small cubes. Put the chicken fillet in a pan with the onion and fry over medium heat until tender.

Dissolve the butter in a saucepan over medium heat, then add flour to it and, stirring, fry for 1-2 minutes.
