Cooking process

First of all, thoroughly wash the chicken meat, put it in a saucepan, put it on fire and bring to a boil. Remove the resulting foam, salt, reduce heat and cook for 20-25 minutes.
step 2 out of 8
Peel the onions and chop finely with a sharp knife. Heat the pan well, add a small amount of vegetable oil. Add chopped onion and fry until translucent.
step 3 out of 8
Wash, dry and peel the mushrooms, cut into medium-sized pieces. Place in a skillet and fry until the resulting mushroom juice has completely evaporated.
step 4 out of 8
Add a tablespoon of wheat flour, mix thoroughly and fry for a couple of minutes.
step 5 out of 8
Gradually pour in the cream, salt and pepper, stirring constantly, boil until thickened for about 5 minutes.
step 6 out of 8
Cool the finished chicken meat, and cut into small pieces or use two forks to disassemble into fibers.
step 7 out of 8
Put the prepared chicken meat with the rest of the filling and mix thoroughly. Prepare the forms in which you will bake the julienne. Spread the creamy mushroom and chicken filling evenly.
step 8 out of 8
Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle generously with julienne. Place the molds in a well-heated oven and bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees. When the cheese is melted and browned, remove the molds from the oven. Serve ready-made julienne with chicken and mushrooms.
