Julienne is a delicious and very tender hot appetizer that is traditionally served in cocotte bowls, pots or small forms. Today we will start cooking julienne on a baking sheet, this will not affect the taste in any way, but this cooking option will come in handy for a large company in the absence of cocotte makers and pots.

We wash the champignons in running water, put on a kitchen towel and leave for 10-15 minutes to dry from the water. Then cut the mushrooms into small cubes.

We wash the chicken breast under running water, put it in a saucepan and boil until tender for 20-25 minutes. Then we take out their broth, put on a plate and let cool. Cut the breast into small cubes and send it to the pan with mushrooms and onions, salt and pepper, mix and fry for 5-7 minutes.
