Continuing the theme of julienne, we offer you a variant of a family julienne, baked in a large form for the whole family. A stunning combination of fried mushrooms and onions with tender chicken fillet, baked in sour cream sauce with a brown cheese crust. Our recipe for julienne is a great hot dish for a family lunch or dinner.

We wash the chicken fillet under running water, dry it with a paper towel and put it on a cutting board. Cut the fillets into thin strips, sprinkle with salt and pepper and leave to marinate for 15-20 minutes.

Peel the onions, rinse and chop them into small cubes.

Put the onion in a preheated pan with vegetable oil and fry until golden brown. We wash the mushrooms, put them on a kitchen towel and let them dry from the water. Then remove the peel from above and chop them into thin slices. Put the chopped mushrooms in a pan with the onion and fry until golden brown, stirring occasionally.

Then put the chicken fillet in a clean frying pan with vegetable oil and fry it for 12-15 minutes over medium heat until tender. Then put in a pan with mushrooms and onions, mix and simmer over low heat for 3-4 minutes.
