We offer you a great option for cooking julienne in a frying pan. If you have a frying pan with a removable handle, you will have the opportunity at the last stage of cooking to put the julienne in the oven for a few minutes so that it becomes covered with an appetizing golden brown crust.

Peel and rinse the onion and garlic. Chop the onion into small cubes, the garlic into thin slices. Put the onion and garlic in a preheated pan with vegetable oil and fry until golden brown.

Sprinkle julienne with grated cheese. If the handle on your pan is not removable, you can cover the pan with a lid and darken the julienne for 3-4 minutes so that the cheese melts.
