Julienne with chanterelles and chicken

Hearty julienne with mushrooms and chicken is suitable for special occasions as well as for ordinary family dinners. The use of chanterelles will make the appetizer aromatic and original in taste.

We sort the chanterelles, rinse them thoroughly and discard them in a colander.
