Julienne in pots

The dish "Julienne" got its name from the method of cutting the ingredients into thin strips, but in fact it is a dish with mushrooms in a creamy sauce with cheese. But even with a different method of cutting, the dish will turn out to be no less tasty.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 10
Boil the chicken fillet in salted water, cool and cut into strips.
step 2 out of 10
Wash the champignons and cut into strips.
step 3 out of 10
Peel the onion and chop finely.
step 4 out of 10
Grate hard cheese.
step 5 out of 10
Fry the onion in sunflower oil until transparent.
step 6 out of 10
Add mushrooms to the onion and fry until the liquid evaporates, salt and season.
step 7 out of 10
Fry the flour in a frying pan for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly, then add the butter and stir.
step 8 out of 10
Pour the cream into the flour, simmer until thickened for 5-7 minutes, salt and season to taste in the process.
step 9 out of 10
Put the fillets in pots, put the fried mushrooms and onions on top, mix. Pour in creamy sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese.
step 10 out of 10
Bake julienne in pots in the oven at 180 degrees for 15-25 minutes. This time is enough for the meat and mushrooms to soak in the sauce, and the cheese melts and becomes golden brown.

Bon Appetit!
