Julienne in bread

Julienne is usually served in portions. You can do this in a more interesting and creative way than the usual version in cocotte makers or pots, for this you need a few fluffy buns.

Peel the onion, chop finely, fry until golden brown.

Mushrooms can be used frozen or fresh, which does not require preliminary preparation. Add mushrooms to onions and cook until moisture evaporates.
