Julienne is prepared in several stages: fry chicken fillet, fry vegetables, prepare a creamy sauce. Then we combine everything, distribute it over the cocotte makers, sprinkle with cheese and bake until golden brown. After 50-60 minutes, you have a delicious and satisfying hot snack on your table.

Once the chicken and vegetables are ready, we'll start making the sauce. Pour flour into a dry preheated pan and fry it over low heat until golden brown. As soon as the flour has acquired a creamy color, add butter and dissolve it over low heat. Then, stirring, add cream in a thin stream, add nutmeg and salt.
