We present to your attention our next variation on the theme of julienne - with chicken, mushrooms and cream, baked in cocotte bowls. Julienne is prepared in several stages: fry chicken fillet, fry vegetables, prepare a creamy sauce. Then we combine everything, distribute it over the cocotte makers, sprinkle with cheese and bake until golden brown. After 50-60 minutes, you have a delicious and satisfying hot snack on your table.

Rinse the chicken fillet under running water, dry with a paper towel and cut into thin slices.

Peel the onions, rinse and chop them into small cubes.

Once the chicken and vegetables are ready, we'll start making the sauce. Pour flour into a dry preheated pan and fry it over low heat until golden brown. As soon as the flour has acquired a creamy color, add butter and dissolve it over low heat. Then, stirring, add cream in a thin stream, add nutmeg and salt. While stirring, heat the sauce until it thickens.
