Julienne in the microwave

Julienne was traditionally served in metal cocotte bowls. Do not place metal utensils in the microwave. But this will not complicate the process of cooking julienne in the microwave in any way. You can use portioned ceramic tins or bake julienne in sand tartlets.

Rinse the chicken fillet thoroughly and pat dry with paper towels. Cut into thin strips.

Place in a saucepan with a microwave-safe lid, cover with a little water and a little salt. Place in the microwave and cook for 10 minutes at maximum power.

Meanwhile, peel the mushrooms and cut them into thin slices.

Place in a pot of chicken and cook for another 10 minutes at the same power, covered with a lid.

Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater, combine with sour cream and mayonnaise, mix thoroughly.

After the beep, remove the pan from the microwave, drain the liquid, salt and pepper, stir, put in a baking dish. Spread the mixture of sour cream, mayonnaise and cheese evenly on top.
