Zur belyash is a national dish of Tatar cuisine. "Zur" is translated as "big". An appetizing pie with meat and potatoes will become a decoration of a family feast or a festive celebration. The baked goods are juicy and incredibly tasty.

Prepare all the ingredients you need to make zur belyash. Wash the beef thoroughly, then pat dry with paper towels and mince. Wash and dry the chicken fillet as well. Minced meat can be used ready-made. Peel the onions.

Wash the potatoes well, then peel them with a peeler, then cut them into small cubes. Finely chop the peeled onions. Cut the prepared chicken fillet into small cubes.

Put the prepared ingredients for the filling in a deep bowl, mix well. Add salt, black pepper and cumin to taste. Stir well again.

Melt the margarine, add kefir, granulated sugar and salt to it. Mix well. Sift the wheat flour and baking powder gradually. Knead to a soft elastic dough. Divide the dough in half, roll out one part and place in a mold covered with baking paper.
